OH, THE IRONY!!

Congressional Democrats gave King Charles (of England) a standing ovation yesterday.

Aren’t those the same guys who cheered on the “No Kings” demonstrations?
Do they want to flip the American Revolution and become a colony again?
Or are they just being “nice”-- a courtesy they do not extend to their own duly elected president?
What am I missing?
It has been brought to my attention that King Charles received from the Democrat-dominated US Congress not just one or two... but THIRTEEN STANDING OVATIONS. This from the same people who organized noisy ‘NO KINGS” marches!
Oh, the irony. But, as several people have reminded me, the irony didn’t end there.
One of the standing ovations occurred when King Charles basically said, “Hey, we Brits want to help the European Union start World War Three against Russia, and we want you right there besides us. In fact, you can be ahead of us! Feel free to basically pay for the whole deal-- in treasure for sure, in blood if necessary.”
That sounds to me like an offer that we can and should refuse. And surely the Dems--the people who are so upset with Trump’s intervention in Iran-- the same people who have already canonized Pope Leo for “standing up for” PEACE AT ANY PRICE--surely they agree with me!
But they don’t.
War against Iran, a country that openly declares “Death to America” and is the world’s biggest funder and trainer of terrorists-- and which seems to be leading the highly aggressive, rapidly ascendant global rise in demonstrably lethal dedication to the final and ultimate triumph of the Islamic caliphate-- that is a no-no for the Dems.
But war against Russia, an increasingly Christian country which has no active interest in threatening us--a war on behalf of a bunch of European countries who long ago abandoned democracy themselves-- for our Dems, that’s a yes yes!!
Somebody make this make sense.
